Barış Alparslan appointed as Arçelik's Chief Financial Officer
Barış Alparslan, who previously served as Finance Coordinator at Koç Holding, has been appointed as Arçelik's Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
According to the statement made by Arçelik, Barış Alparslan, who has held various positions in investment banking and finance and served as Finance Coordinator at Koç Holding for over 5 years, has been appointed as Arçelik's Chief Financial Officer.
After graduating from the Department of Business Administration at Boğaziçi University, Barış Alparslan began his career in 2007 as an Investment Banking Analyst at HSBC Bank A.Ş.
Alparslan worked as an Investment Banking Specialist at Nomura Bank International Plc, CEE, CIS & Turkey between 2010 and 2011, and as an Investment Banking Specialist at Deutsche Bank AŞ between 2011 and 2014. From 2014 to 2018, he served as Investment Banking Manager and then Investment Banking Director at Deutsche Bank AŞ.
Alparslan joined the Koç Group in 2019 and served as Finance Coordinator at Koç Holding for 5 years.
Alparslan assumed his new role as of August 1, 2024, succeeding Özkan Çimen, who had been serving as Arçelik's Chief Financial Officer for over two years.
