The place where ethnic and sectarian-based policies have brought the Middle East is the edge of an abyss.

The “Solution Process” packaged as a “Terror-Free Turkey” in our country is not independent of this essence. It is not, because the pain that yesterday's terrorist activities inflicted on our country; our 50 thousand citizens who were victims of terror, the murdered teachers, nurses, public officials, the mines laid on the roads during the first solution process, the bombed minibuses, and if that were not enough, the burning of cities, the bomb massacres…

On one side, the regional people enslaved by landlords, sects, and religious communities, and on the other, speeches about peace, brotherhood, and democracy…

On one side, covering up real intentions with inclusive, embracing concepts, and on the other, condolence tents under the poster of the terrorist leader Apo during Republic Week!

I ask, who were the ones who turned the young people, most of whom were minors, whose photos are in those condolence tents today, into members of a terrorist organization yesterday?

What kind of democracy and brotherhood is this, anyway…

So, why all of this?

So that society does not wake up, because they know that if society wakes up, they will have no chance.

THERE IS NO KURDISH PROBLEM IN THE EAST AND SOUTHEAST, THERE IS A FEUDALISM PROBLEM!

I ask those who talk about the solution process, those who do not let peace and democracy fall from their tongues, why are they afraid of the formation of class consciousness?

Why do they consider it their duty to protect the reign of feudal lords?

Why do they turn a blind eye to the networks created by sects and religious communities in the region?

Yet, is peace not about brotherhood, living together, developing together, and progressing together?

I ask, where is the inequality in the constitutional social order in legal terms?

Are the feudal sharecropping system I mentioned above, the employer's exploitative order, and the primitive networks formed by sects and religious communities not what eliminate equality before the law?

Therefore, the essence of the problem is clear. Despite this essence, the intention of those who try to change facts with perceptions is clear and distinct. That is why they are repeating what the spokespeople of imperialism are saying!

THE BACKGROUND OF THE TURK, KURD, ARAB TRILOGY

Recently, we have started to hear “Turk, Kurd, Arab” rhetoric as if in a race, and along with these, new Ottomanist rhetoric as well…

In fact, whenever there is talk of making a constitution in Turkey, the 1921 Constitution is brought to the agenda!

The 1921 Constitution is a constitution prepared under extraordinary conditions. It is a 23 (+1) article transitional constitution of the period when the national resistance was called “Defense of Rights” (Müdafaa-i Hukuk). Therefore, the 1921 Constitution was prepared in an extraordinary process where occupations, fatwas against the War of Independence, the Caliphate Army, and rebellions were taking place.

Article 1 of the 1921 Constitution: “Sovereignty belongs unconditionally to the nation; the form of administration is based on the people personally and effectively managing their own destiny.”

The reason why those who follow ethnic and sectarian-based policies call the 1921 Constitution inclusive and democratic is the “autonomy” regulation in its 11th article. However, Articles 22 and 23 of the same Constitution also regulated the “General Inspectorate” body to supervise local authority limited to certain areas under extraordinary conditions.

It seems that there are those who want to use the 1921 Constitution as a weapon against our unitary nation-state, our secular republic, and our linguistic unity by tearing it away from the time and place it was prepared. However, the first article of this constitution established popular sovereignty. The “Defense of Rights” spirit that was created not only defeated imperialism but also destroyed the sultanate and founded the republic.

WHOSE PROJECT IS THE FOUR-PART KURDISTAN

In a statement made in March 2026, the US Ambassador to Ankara and Special Envoy for Syria, Tom Barrack, said: “The solution and peace process being carried out in Turkey is an opportunity to bring together the Kurdish population spread across four countries and allow them to determine their own way of life.”

Therefore, it is clear who/whom the “Framework Law” prepared after this statement serves.

So, where is Turkey's opposition?

Where is the full independence ideology of the party founded by Atatürk?

Where is the party founded by Mustafa Kemal, who was 38 years old when he went to Samsun, who united the nation with the organizational steps he implemented, who resigned from his military duty because he was dismissed from his post by the palace before the Erzurum Congress, who established the Representative Committee in Sivas by saying “Either Independence or Death!”, who moved the Representative Committee to the Grand National Assembly in Ankara, who uprooted the enemy from our homeland with the relentless struggle waged, and who subsequently crowned his country with the republic?

One of its two parties, divided by the demands of imperialism and the steps of the process, says in three languages, Turkish, Kurdish, and Arabic: Long live the brotherhood of peoples!..

And the other?

It hears nothing, sees nothing, says nothing!...
