Contrary to popular belief, the installation of Kılıçdaroğlu in Atatürk's seat in May 2010 was not the first step in the liquidation of Baykal, but of the CHP itself.
Before the cadres and the base, drugged by the glorification of "Gandhi Kemal," could wake up, the CHP was to be severed from its Defense of Rights roots, and the Republic's civil political insurance was to be destroyed over time through the demagoguery of change/transformation.
The process that began with the slogan of change, whispered into the ears of those who followed Kılıçdaroğlu from May 2010 to 2023, is the next phase of the operation.
We are talking about the change-oriented team liquidating Kılıçdaroğlu in November 2023 and electing Özgür Özel as chairman.
The period of Özgür Özel's chairmanship is a time when the break from the roots and the founding philosophy, which began with Kılıçdaroğlu, has gained even more momentum.
The leap from "change" to a "New Party" by those who, after the nullity decision, swore an oath to "stay in the CHP not until the market, but until the grave" and who toured from square to square, is not a historically acceptable necessity, but a conscious political switch of tracks.
It will soon be seen that the place reached by being blown about by liberal orange ethno-feudal winds is very different and far from the Republic and its founding philosophy.
The Friday prayer performed at Hacı Bayram and the Atatürk posters hidden behind will never be enough to hide this historical truth!
