Abducted minor girl seeks refuge with municipal police
In the Karacabey district of Bursa, 16-year-old E.K. (born 2007) was abducted by 18-year-old I.K. (born 2005) and held captive in a house for a month and a half. E.K. sought refuge with municipal police teams and filed a complaint.
In the Karacabey district of Bursa, on October 10, 2023, around 01:00, 16-year-old E.K. (born 2007) was abducted by 18-year-old I.K. (born 2005) and held captive in a house for a month and a half. After being held captive for a month and a half, E.K. (born 2007) sought refuge with municipal police teams, provided information about the person who abducted her, and stated that she had been held against her will.
The municipal police teams took the minor to the Bursa Gemlik Police Station for her statement to be taken. After giving her statement, in which she declared that she had been abducted and held captive, the minor was returned to her family. I.K., against whom the complaint was filed, is currently a fugitive. Law enforcement authorities are in pursuit of I.K., who abducted and held the minor captive.
