Following the first earthquake, another tremor occurred in the same region at 14:36.
According to AFAD data, the 4.9 magnitude earthquake was recorded at a depth of 8.67 kilometers.
5.2 MAGNITUDE EARTHQUAKE IN OSMANIYE
Following the earthquakes in Adana, news of an earthquake also came from Osmaniye. According to the statement by AFAD, a 5.2 magnitude earthquake occurred in the Sumbas district at 14:43.
It was recorded that the earthquake took place at a depth of 7 kilometers.
It was reported that the tremors were also felt in surrounding provinces.

"NO NEGATIVE SITUATION"
Minister of Interior Mustafa Çiftçi announced that there were no negative situations regarding the 3 earthquakes that occurred in Adana and Osmaniye and that the teams are continuing their work.
In a post on his social media account, Minister Çiftçi stated, "Earthquakes measuring 4.8 at 14:19 and 4.9 at 14:36 occurred in the Saimbeyli district of our Adana; and a 5.2 magnitude earthquake occurred in the Sumbas district of our Osmaniye at 14:43. All teams from AFAD and our relevant institutions have immediately begun field scans. As of now, there is no negative situation. Our teams are continuing their work. I offer my best wishes to our citizens affected by the earthquake".
