Breaking News: 8 out of 9 appeals rejected by CHP High Disciplinary Board!
Appeals against the precautionary measures imposed on individuals referred to disciplinary action with a request for permanent expulsion by the CHP's 'absolute nullity' administration were heard by the High Disciplinary Board. While eight of the nine applications were rejected, Gökhan Günaydın was the only individual whose appeal was accepted unanimously.
The CHP's 'absolute nullity' administration had referred Ensar Aytekin, Ali Mahir Başarır, Gökhan Günaydın, Nurhayat Altaca Kayışoğlu, Özgür Karabat, Umut Akdoğan, Veli Ağbaba, Turan Taşkın Özer, and Burhanettin Bulut to disciplinary action with a request for permanent expulsion.
The appeals regarding the expulsion referrals were heard at today's High Disciplinary Board meeting of the Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu administration.
8 out of 9 appeals against precautionary measures were rejected by the High Disciplinary Board. It was learned that the appeals of 8 members were rejected by a vote of 10 to 3. The only individual whose appeal was accepted was Gökhan Günaydın.

According to information obtained, Günaydın's appeal was accepted unanimously.
With this decision, the path has been cleared for Günaydın to return to his post as CHP Group Deputy Chairman.
