Breaking News: Interim ruling from the court in the ABB concert case
In the case concerning allegations of irregularities in concert expenditures in Ankara between 2021 and 2024, the court has decided to await the submission of an expert report and set the next hearing date for October 16.
The Ankara 34th High Criminal Court has reached an important decision during the hearing of the case examining allegations of irregularities in expenditures related to concerts organized by the Ankara Metropolitan Municipality between 2021 and 2024. In the file, which includes 14 defendants, the court ruled to await the expert report.
The trial process will continue once the expert examination is completed. For this reason, it was decided that the next hearing will be held on October 16.
