Comment from CHP's Murat Emir on Justice Minister Akın Gürlek: Not so fast
CHP Group Deputy Chairman Murat Emir shared a post on his social media account regarding the change in the Ministry of Justice.
Following the appointment of Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor Akın Gürlek as Minister of Justice via a decree published in the Official Gazette, a notable comment came from the CHP front.
CHP Group Deputy Chairman Murat Emir described the appointment of Gürlek, the prosecutor behind the IMM investigation, as Minister of Justice as 'hiding behind a shield of immunity.'
Emir made the following post:
"You will attempt a judicial coup against the national will, hide behind a shield of immunity, and think you will save yourselves.
Not so fast!"
Milli iradeye yargı eliyle darbe yapmaya kalkışıp dokunulmazlık zırhının arkasına saklanacaksınız ve kendinizi kurtaracağınızı sanacaksınız.
