Claim regarding the process from sources close to the terrorist organization PKK ahead of the Erdoğan-DEM meeting!

MHP leader Devlet Bahçeli's call initiated a new reconciliation process, which the government has named Terror-Free Turkey, during which terrorist leader Abdullah Öcalan called on the terrorist organization PKK to lay down its arms on February 27.

Following this call, a group of PKK terrorists in Sulaymaniyah set their weapons on fire in a symbolic 'ceremony' on July 11, and subsequently, the National Unity, Solidarity and Democracy Commission was established in the Grand National Assembly of Turkey (TBMM) for the reconciliation process.

In recent days, debates have begun regarding a potential deadlock in the process due to statements from the alliance partners (AKP-MHP-DEM).

The architect of the process, MHP leader Bahçeli, stated at his party's group meeting on October 7: "The founding leadership of the PKK has taken responsibility. However, the SDF/YPG, which has an area of influence in northeastern Syria, has not yet laid down its arms and has not complied with the February 27 Imralı call."

While public debate continues regarding the course of the process, Iraq-based news sites have put forward a remarkable claim.

According to the claim, the terrorist organization PKK will take a 'historic' step tomorrow, in parallel with terrorist leader Öcalan's decision to lay down arms.

Rojnews, known for its proximity to the terrorist organization PKK, noted that the step to be taken will be announced at a press conference.

According to information reported by Rudaw, a so-called declaration will be read at the press conference, and a statement will be made regarding the terrorist organization PKK's new step toward the reconciliation process. 

On the other hand, it is noteworthy that the statement by the terrorist organization PKK, which is described as 'historic', will be made before the DEM Party Imralı Delegation meets with AKP Chairman and President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.

Erdoğan will receive the DEM Party Imralı Delegation at the Presidential Palace on October 28. Meanwhile, the delegation is expected to visit Imralı to meet with terrorist leader Abdullah Öcalan before the reconciliation commission meeting on October 30.
