Crisis in 6 billion TL project! Workers who haven't received their salaries protest Hacıosmanoğlu
Workers at the Sakarya City Hospital project, who were laid off by ATR Yapı—a company owned by Turkish Football Federation President İbrahim Hacıosmanoğlu—without receiving their salaries or severance pay, have begun a protest in front of the company's headquarters. The workers stated that they will continue their struggle until they receive their rights.
The completion tender for the Sakarya City Hospital was won by ATR Yapı, a company owned by TFF President İbrahim Hacıosmanoğlu. The company had also won the initial tender in 2021.

HOSPITAL COST IS 6 BILLION TL
The first tender for the 1,000-bed City Hospital, built on 300 decares of land in Adapazarı, was held by the Ministry of Health on July 13, 2021. ATR Yapı won this tender for 1 billion 248 million 61 thousand TL. However, as the hospital could not be completed in 2 years, a completion tender was held on December 13, 2024.
ATR Yapı also won this tender for 4 billion 825 million TL. Thus, the total cost of the hospital reached 6 billion 73 million 61 thousand TL.

WORKERS BEGAN PROTEST IN FRONT OF THE COMPANY
City hospital workers, who were laid off by ATR Yapı, owned by Turkish Football Federation President İbrahim Hacıosmanoğlu, without receiving their salaries and severance pay, have begun a protest in front of the company's headquarters.
The workers, who are sitting in front of the company, also brought their suitcases with them.

The workers blocked the entrance to the plaza where ATR YAPI is located.
Sharing the footage, the Construction Workers Union (İnşaat-İş) posted the note: "Either you give us what is rightfully ours and stop playing with our dignity, or we will do everything in our power with the strength of our righteousness and legitimacy! You will learn that construction workers are not slaves!"
