DEM Party delegation visits Demirtaş
Peoples' Equality and Democracy Party (DEM Party) Co-Chairs Tülay Hatimoğulları and Tuncer Bakırhan visited Selahattin Demirtaş, who was sentenced to 42 years in prison in the October 6-8 events case, in prison.
DEM Party Co-Chairs Tülay Hatimoğulları and Tuncer Bakırhan visited Selahattin Demirtaş, who was sentenced to 42 years in prison in the October 6-8 events case, at the Edirne F-Type Prison where he is being held. The delegation made a statement in front of the prison following the visit.
DEM Party Co-Chair Tülay Hatimoğulları stated that they found both co-chairs in high spirits during their visit.
Tuncer Bakırhan also stated that they would fight for the overturning of the verdict and the acquittal of their friends.
