Export-award-winning olive oil giant files for concordat

Olivos, which has been repeatedly awarded "the company with the highest exports" and "the company with the highest packaged exports" by the Aegean Olive and Olive Oil Exporters' Association, has requested a concordat. 

Olivos's concordat application was not made alone. The company filed the application jointly with SDA Gıda Tarım A.Ş.

It was noted that the process is being managed with the contributions of Chairman of the Board Selçuk Atalay and that a joint application was preferred to follow a more sound path.

COURT APPOINTS COMMISSIONER

The İzmir 1st Commercial Court of First Instance has appointed Independent Auditor and Certified Public Accountant İbrahim Sadi Erk as the temporary concordat commissioner to examine the financial structure of the companies.

FIRST HEARING DATE SET

The first hearing of the concordat case will be held on November 6, 2025, at 10:10 AM at the İzmir Regional Court of Justice Annex Building.

The court has granted a 7-day objection period following the concordat announcement. During this period, parties wishing to file a rejection request have the legal right to do so.
