Scheduled ferry services to Bozcaada and Gökçeada have been cancelled for tomorrow due to adverse weather conditions in the Çanakkale region.
Gestaş Deniz Ulaşım A.Ş., which provides passenger and vehicle transport across the Dardanelles and the islands line, announced that due to the storm affecting the North Aegean Sea, the ferry services planned for tomorrow on the Bozcaada and Gökçeada lines will not take place.
In the statement made by Gestaş, it was noted that, "On Tuesday, 09.01.2024, all scheduled services on the Kabatepe-Gökçeada line have been cancelled due to adverse weather conditions. On the same day, on the Geyikli-Bozcaada line, it has been stated that only the 07.00 service from Bozcaada and the 08.00 service from Geyikli will be operated, while other planned services have been cancelled due to adverse weather conditions."
