Firefighting teams are responding to a fire that broke out in a market warehouse in Istanbul's Fatih district. Security teams, who faced difficulties due to the local street market set up on the road, are continuing extinguishing efforts after market vendors removed their stalls.

A fire broke out for an as-yet-undetermined reason in the warehouse of a market located on Karadeniz Street in the Cibali neighborhood of Istanbul's Fatih district. Upon notification, fire, police, and medical teams were dispatched to the area.

The fact that a local street market was set up on the street where the fire occurred made it difficult for the fire crews heading to the scene to intervene. Market vendors selling in the area removed their stalls to allow fire trucks to pass and to facilitate the teams' work.

After the road was cleared, fire crews began extinguishing efforts directed at the burning warehouse. The teams' intervention in the fire is ongoing.
