Former CHP Chairman Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu will pay compensation to President and AKP Chairman Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
The Ankara Regional Court of Justice has upheld the decision of the court of first instance, which ruled that former CHP Chairman Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu must pay non-pecuniary damages to President and AKP Chairman Recep Tayyip Erdoğan on the grounds that his statements constituted an attack on personal rights.
