Derin Talu is a Turkish social media phenomenon, model, and influencer born in 2003. Having grown up in Istanbul and completed her education at ENKA Schools, Talu continues her career by modeling and acting.

Talu, who gained runway experience after moving to Los Angeles and has a large following on platforms like Instagram and TikTok, is being mentioned in the drug investigation.

It was alleged that drug substances were found in Talu’s hair and blood samples, but her family has contested these results.

WHO IS KASIM GARİPOĞLU?

Kasım Garipoğlu is a Turkish businessman born in 1985 and a member of the Garipoğlu family. A cousin of Cem Garipoğlu, the perpetrator of the Münevver Karabulut murder, Kasım Garipoğlu is the CEO of Global Kapital Group (GK-Group), which operates in the finance, investment, and entertainment sectors, and is a co-founder of Divine Circus. Garipoğlu, for whom an arrest warrant was issued in 2025 as part of a wide-ranging drug investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, is currently a fugitive. Garipoğlu’s assets have also been seized.
