DISMISSED BY BOARD DECISION
In accordance with the board decision taken on December 17, Abdulkadir Özcan was dismissed from his post.
With an announcement published in the Trade Registry Gazette on December 18, it was announced that Özcan transferred his one-in-a-million share in the company to Emine Özcan for 1 TL.

NEW MANAGER ANNOUNCED
It was announced that Emine Özcan, who was brought to the board of directors to replace Abdulkadir Özcan, will serve until May 31, 2026. The company's new manager will play a role in Petlas's strategic decisions.
