HSK decision on the determination of judicial districts published in the Official Gazette
The decision by the Council of Judges and Prosecutors (HSK) to remove Bartın and Zonguldak from the jurisdiction of the Sakarya Regional Court of Justice and include them in the jurisdiction of the Ankara Regional Court of Justice has been published in the Official Gazette.
With the decision published in the Official Gazette, the provinces of Bartın and Zonguldak have been removed from the jurisdiction of the Sakarya Regional Court of Justice and included in the jurisdiction of the Ankara Regional Court of Justice.
It has been decided that the jurisdiction of the Sakarya Regional Court of Justice will cover the provinces of Sakarya, Bolu, Düzce, and Kocaeli, while the jurisdiction of the Ankara Regional Court of Justice will cover the civil boundaries of the provinces of Ankara, Bartın, Çankırı, Eskişehir, Karabük, Kastamonu, Kırıkkale, Kırşehir, and Zonguldak, and that the jurisdictions of other regional courts of justice will remain unchanged.
