HSK Decree: 14 judges and prosecutors reassigned
The judicial decree prepared by the First Chamber of the Council of Judges and Prosecutors (HSK) has been published on the institution's website. Under the decree, the duty stations of 14 judges and prosecutors serving in the judicial judiciary have been changed.
Accordingly, Ankara West Deputy Chief Public Prosecutor Mehmet Yılmaz has been appointed as a Supreme Court Prosecutor, Ankara Regional Administrative Court Member Armağan Buran as a Supreme Court Prosecutor, Antalya Deputy Chief Public Prosecutor Mehmet Ali Yüce as the Chief Public Prosecutor of the Kayseri Regional Court of Justice, Supreme Court Investigation Judge Gökçe Demirci Yıldız as a Member of the Ankara Regional Court of Justice, Karaman Public Prosecutor Muhammet Sarı as a Supreme Court Prosecutor, Ankara Public Prosecutor Doğan Çabuk as a Public Prosecutor at the Ankara Regional Court of Justice, and Burdur Heavy Penal Court President Musa Talih as the President of the Isparta Heavy Penal Court.
Diyarbakır Regional Court of Justice Member Canan Karaaslan has been appointed as a Member of the Ankara Regional Court of Justice, Diyarbakır Judge Vedat Efe as the President of the Burdur Heavy Penal Court, Burdur Judge Esra Nur Talih as a Judge in Isparta, Yalvaç Public Prosecutor Burak Özer as a Public Prosecutor in Çubuk, Bodrum Public Prosecutor Oğuz Saylam as the Chief Public Prosecutor of Elmalı, Nazilli Judge Aslıhan Erhan as a Judge in Ankara, and Ankara West Public Prosecutor Şerife Evleksiz as the Chief Public Prosecutor of Kızılcahamam.
