Istanbul's dam occupancy rates for January 12, 2024, have been announced
The total occupancy rate of the 10 dams supplying water to Istanbul was measured at 57.01 percent as of Friday, January 12, 2024.

Following insufficient precipitation during the winter season last year, dam occupancy rates are attracting significant public interest. While the water level at the Pabuçdere Dam, which has the lowest water level, was measured at 26.88 percent, the highest water level was recorded at the Elmalı Dam at 86.31 percent. The total occupancy rate in the megacity's dams was determined to be 57.01 percent on Friday, January 12, 2024.
