Knife-wielding individual attacks citizens in Beşiktaş: 4 injured
A knife-wielding attacker assaulted citizens in front of the Beşiktaş Pier. Police teams arriving at the scene intervened, and 4 people, including the attacker, were injured in the incident.
According to initial information, an individual walking with a knife in front of the Beşiktaş pier attacked citizens.
Police teams arriving at the scene upon notification neutralized the individual by shooting him in the leg.
As a result of the incident, 4 people, including the knife-wielding attacker, were injured, with none of them in life-threatening condition.
The injured were taken to the hospital.
While tight security measures have been taken in the surrounding area, the police investigation into the incident continues.
