MIT conducts precision operation against mastermind of Dağlıca and Aktütün attacks

According to information obtained from security sources, MIT conducted an operation across the border against one of the key figures of the terrorist organization PKK, who was wanted by Interpol with a red notice.

The terrorist Ali Dinçer, codenamed "Orhan Bingöl," a so-called council member of the PKK/HPG and the so-called Jazira region leader of the PKK/YPG, was neutralized in a precision operation carried out in Qamishli.

INVOLVED IN MANY BLOODY ATTACKS

It was reported that the terrorist Dinçer joined the PKK in 1991 and personally took part in many bloody actions organized by the organization.

It was determined that the terrorist Dinçer, who had been tracked by MIT for a long time, personally participated as a commander in the 2007 attack on the Dağlıca Commando Battalion, where 12 soldiers were martyred and 16 were wounded, as well as the actions carried out against the Aktütün Gendarmerie Station in 2008.

It was also noted that the terrorist Dinçer gave the orders for all actions carried out around Çukurca in 2015, primarily the mining of the military convoy route in Çukurca on August 7, 2015, the kidnapping of 10 customs officers on duty at the Üzümlü Border Gate on August 10, 2015, and the rocket attack on the Çukurca District Governorate and District Gendarmerie Command on October 19, 2015.

It was also learned that the terrorist Dinçer began his organizational activities in the rural areas of Bingöl between 1991 and 1992, served as a so-called company commander in the rural areas of Erzurum-Tunceli between 1992 and 1999, and received training from the terrorist ringleader Abdullah Öcalan in the Bekaa Valley in Lebanon during these years.
