Mysterious incident in Kütahya: Missing person's vehicle found stuck in mud
A search operation has been launched for Hayrettin Adıgüzel (70), who has not been heard from since leaving his home in the Tavşanlı district of Kütahya the day before yesterday. Adıgüzel's vehicle was found stuck in mud in the forest.
Hayrettin Adıgüzel, who lives in the Tavşanlı district of Kütahya, did not return home after leaving in his car around 17:00 the day before yesterday.
When his family could not find Adıgüzel during their own search, they filed a missing person report with the gendarmerie. A search and rescue team was formed in the district to locate Hayrettin Adıgüzel, with the support of AFAD and gendarmerie teams, as well as members of civilian search and rescue associations.
The teams conducted searches in the Yaylacık forests and the Şahmelek area, where Hayrettin Adıgüzel was last seen in his car.
VEHICLE FOUND
Hayrettin Adıgüzel's car, who is reported to have no health problems, was found stuck in mud in the forest near Kayı village.
Ali Daşkın, a member of the Tavşanlı Amateur Radio and Wireless Association, stated that the search efforts, which also utilize drones, are continuing and that operations are concentrated between the villages of Şahmelek and Kayı.
