AKP'S VOTE SHARE IN AYDIN DROPPED TO 24 PERCENT
In the research where the question “Which party would you vote for if there were a general election this Sunday?” was asked, the AKP's vote share was determined to be 24 percent. When compared to the 28.71 percent vote share the party received in Aydın in the 2023 general elections, a decline of approximately 4.7 points was observed.

Aydın Metropolitan Mayor Özlem Çerçioğlu had received 50.52 percent of the vote as the CHP candidate in the 2024 local elections. AKP candidate Mustafa Savaş, on the other hand, had remained at 36.72 percent in the same election.

It was noted that in the poll results announced following Çerçioğlu's move to the AKP, the party's vote share was measured below the levels seen in previous elections.
