Parking dispute in Büyükçekmece ends in murder!
Atakan Gülsever lost his life in an armed fight that broke out due to a parking space dispute in Büyükçekmece. Following the incident, police identified 3 suspects, apprehended them along with 2 handguns, and referred them to the courthouse.
A bloody fight took place yesterday evening on Nasreddin Hoca Street in the Fatih neighborhood of Büyükçekmece. According to the information obtained, Atakan Gülsever invited the parties involved to his workplace to talk following a parking space dispute he had three days ago. The verbal argument that began between Gülsever and the individuals who arrived at the workplace around 18:00 soon escalated into an armed fight.
SHOT IN THE HEAD, COMPANION WOUNDED
During the fight, Atakan Gülsever was shot in the head and critically wounded. Another person with him was shot in the leg and injured. Upon notification by those nearby, health and police teams were dispatched to the scene. Checks by health teams determined that Atakan Gülsever had lost his life. The other person, who was wounded in the leg, went to the hospital on their own.
POLICE APPREHENDED 3 SUSPECTS WITH THEIR HANDGUNS
Police teams, who launched an investigation into the incident, identified the suspects in a short time. The 3 suspects, identified as M.H., İ.H., and M.K.G., were apprehended and taken into custody along with the 2 handguns they used in the incident. The suspects, whose procedures at the police station were completed, were referred to the courthouse today.
