Prof. Dr. Tolga Şirin: CHP has dismissed me from my legal representation
Constitutional law expert Prof. Dr. Tolga Şirin announced in a social media post that the Kılıçdaroğlu administration, which was appointed to the CHP by a court decision, has dismissed him from his role.
Following the appointment of Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu as CHP Chairman by a court ruling of absolute nullity, Constitutional Law Expert and Attorney Prof. Dr. Tolga Şirin has been dismissed from his position at the CHP.
Sharing a post on his social media account, Şirin stated, "Common courtesy would have required this decision to be communicated to me in advance and directly."
In his post, Şirin noted the following:
"With the notification I just received, I have learned that the Republican People's Party, for which I served as an attorney, has dismissed me from my legal representation. Common courtesy would have required this decision to be communicated to me in advance and directly. Since this is a matter of public interest, I am informing the public."
