Roblox, which was hit with an access ban in August, has announced that it will open an office in Turkey if the ban is lifted.
The gaming platform Roblox, which was hit with an access ban by court order in August over allegations that it contained content leading to child abuse, has announced that it plans to open an office in Turkey if the ban is lifted.
In a written statement, Roblox stated that it "could play a positive role in the Turkish community by providing a platform for learning, creativity, and meaningful connections," and announced plans to hire a team that will include moderators who will provide services in Turkish, as well as to open an office in Turkey.
