Semi-truck rear-ends truck: 1 injured
In the Bandırma district of Balıkesir, a semi-truck driver who failed to adjust his speed while passing through an intersection rear-ended a truck. The semi-truck driver was taken to the hospital following the accident.
The accident occurred in the morning hours at the hospital intersection.
According to the information obtained, the driver of the semi-truck with license plate 10 APF 322, T.A. (42), was unable to brake in time and struck the truck with license plate 68 AY 430 in front of him.
The semi-truck driver, who was injured by the impact, was taken to the Bandırma Training and Research Hospital by 112 Emergency Service teams that arrived at the scene.
