A statement was issued by the Presidency's Directorate of Communications regarding the meeting between Erdoğan and Emir of Qatar Al Thani at the Presidential Complex.
According to the statement, the meeting addressed Turkey-Qatar relations, as well as regional and global issues.
During the meeting, President Erdoğan expressed that Turkey stands with the Syrian people and administration to protect Syria's territorial integrity, unity, and unitary structure, and that the international community must cooperate in the country's reconstruction process.
Erdoğan noted that Turkey is fighting against all terrorist organizations to protect its own national security and to urgently end the instability in Syria, and that this will continue.
