DECISION FOR NAME CHANGE MADE
The company, which recently returned to the public agenda due to an investigation involving its CEO Timur Savcı, has decided to change its corporate name to "TİMSBİ."
Within the scope of the investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, famous producer and TİMS&B Productions CEO Timur Savcı is accused of;&“providing special places, equipment, or materials to facilitate the use of drugs or stimulants,”

According to a report by OdaTV, the statement issued by the company noted that the TİMSBİ brand is a natural continuation of the creative reflex and global production vision developed over the years.
The statement emphasized that there is no break in the production philosophy with the change in corporate identity and logo, and that "the same approach will be continued with a new brand language."
It was stated that the company, which possesses a content portfolio spanning five continents, 90 countries, and over 1,400 hours of programming, will continue to pursue its projects for television and digital platforms with the same discipline.
Following the name change, assessments suggested that the move aims to clear the brand of potential negative connotations, particularly in international sales and partnership processes, and to create a "refreshed corporate showcase" with the new name.
Sources close to the company stated that the name change was a long-planned step and that the decision is not directly linked to any personal or legal proceedings.
