Tuncay Mollaveisoğlu comments on 'that' striking photo: Why was the chair left empty?

President and AKP Chairman Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and CHP Chairman Özgür Özel met at the AKP Headquarters.

In the photos released to the press, the empty chair next to Erdoğan did not go unnoticed. In a post on his social media account, Tuncay Mollaveisoğlu stated, "There is, of course, no precedent for this photo in the world."

Mollaveisoğlu's post is as follows:

"There is, of course, no precedent for this photo in the world... Because the person sitting in the middle is both the president and the AKP Chairman... From time to time, he gets up from that chair and moves to the empty chair next to it, engaging in politics in his capacity as president. It is also a photograph of how the state order in Turkey has been turned upside down!"
