Accident involving Gebze-Harem minibus: 15 injured
In the Gebze district of Kocaeli, a Gebze-Harem minibus crashed into a barrier. 15 people were injured in the accident.
An accident occurred involving a Harem-Gebze minibus carrying passengers from Gebze to Istanbul.
The minibus with license plate 34 M 5905, driven by G.A., struck a barrier while merging from the side road onto the D-100 highway in the direction of Istanbul near the Cumhuriyet neighborhood.
Upon notification by bystanders, police and medical teams were dispatched to the scene of the accident.
The 15 passengers injured in the accident were taken to nearby hospitals after receiving initial medical intervention from the emergency teams.
It was learned that the injuries of the passengers are not life-threatening.
Traffic on the road, which was provided under control for a while due to the accident, returned to normal after the vehicle was removed.
The driver was taken to the police station to provide a statement.
