Passenger bus overturns in Malatya, truck crashes into the overturned bus! Many dead and injured
4 people died and 36 were injured after a passenger bus overturned in the Akçadağ district of Malatya.
A passenger bus with license plate 44 AK 041, belonging to Medine Turizm and driven by Y.K., which was traveling from Istanbul to Malatya, overturned in the Develi neighborhood of Akçadağ district due to icy road conditions.
TRUCK CRASHES INTO OVERTURNED BUS
A truck with license plate 06 CHL 767, driven by I.A. and traveling in the same direction, crashed into the overturned bus. Upon notification by bystanders, ambulance, police, gendarmerie, and fire department teams were dispatched to the scene.
In the accident, 4 people lost their lives and 36 people were injured. The injured were taken to Malatya Training and Research Hospital and Turgut Özal Medical Center by ambulances.
