Who is Cevdet Tellioğlu?

During the Yeniden Refah Party Mayors Meeting, which followed the party receiving over 6 percent of the vote in the March 31 elections, Cevdet Tellioğlu, Strategy Development and Implementation Coordinator for the YRP Local Administrations Department, delivered a speech.
