Yerlikaya announced: 8,153 FETÖ suspects apprehended in 11 months

Minister of Interior Ali Yerlikaya shared the details of the Kıskaç-17 operations. 

Yerlikaya stated the following in his post on X:

"45 suspects were apprehended in the “KISKAÇ-17” operations, which have been ongoing for the last 4 days across 18 provinces against FETÖ!

We will not give any breathing room to FETÖ members. With the superior efforts of our security forces, we will continue our struggle with determination for the peace, unity, and solidarity of our nation!

Between June 1, 2023, and May 15, 2024 (in the last 11 months), 5,191 operations were conducted against FETÖ. 8,153 suspects were apprehended. Of these, 1,518 were arrested, and judicial control decisions were issued for 1,751."
