SPK imposes temporary trading ban on 2 individuals
The Capital Markets Board (CMB) has decided to impose a 6-month temporary trading ban on 2 individuals in stock markets.
The Capital Markets Board (CMB) bulletin states that, due to posts made from social media accounts identified as belonging to Fırat Deryal and transactions carried out in the Borsa Istanbul AŞ equity market, a 6-month temporary trading ban has been imposed on individuals named Fırat Deryal and Sevda Deryal, effective starting tomorrow.
The CMB also decided to approve the request for the announcement text prepared regarding the simplified partial demerger process, in which the assets of İzmir Fırça Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ—which had a net book value of 17 million 309 thousand 59.58 TL as of June 30, 2023—will be transferred to the newly established İz-san Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ through a partial demerger via the subsidiary model.
