CMB imposes temporary trading ban on 8 individuals
The Capital Markets Board (CMB) has decided to impose a temporary 6-month trading ban on 8 individuals.
According to the Capital Markets Board (CMB) bulletin, the board has imposed a ban on 8 individuals due to reasonable suspicion that the act defined in Article 107/1 of the Capital Markets Law (CML) No. 6362 was committed in transactions carried out in the Tatlıpınar Enerji Üretim AŞ (TATEN) share market.
In order to protect the rights and interests of investors and to prevent transactions aimed at creating an artificial market, the Board decided to impose a temporary 6-month trading ban on the aforementioned individuals on stock exchanges, effective as of January 27.
