Date set for government's final wage offer for public workers: Collective bargaining raise expected

Date set for government's final wage offer for public workers: Collective bargaining raise expected

In its first offer, the government had proposed a 16 percent raise for the first 6 months of 2025 and an 8 percent raise for the second 6 months.

Following this offer, no consensus was reached, and the second offer was announced as 17 percent for the first 6 months of this year and 10 percent for the second 6 months.

After this offer, statements came one after another from Hak-İş and Türk-İş, stating that their demands were not met.

Minister Işıkhan had stated that a third offer would be made. 

FINAL OFFER TO BE PRESENTED TOMORROW

It was reported that the government will present its third and final offer regarding public workers at a meeting to be held tomorrow at 11:00 AM.
