Even if foreign currency and gold rise... İslam Memiş revealed the only reason for 'real gain'

Financial analyst İslam Memiş made important assessments regarding the markets.

Memiş stated the following:

1- There is high demand for deposit interest.

2- Conversion to TL for home or vehicle purchases.

3- A need for cash arose due to the holiday break.

İslam Memiş also mentioned the divergence between free markets and the official exchange rate. 

Memiş said, "For the last week, I have been talking to you on my YouTube channel about the interesting divergence between free markets and the official exchange rate. Previously, the dollar was at least 2 liras higher in the free markets. For the last week, the dollar has been 10 kuruş lower in the free markets." 

"NO ONE HAS GAINED WHERE THERE IS INFLATION"

Memiş continued as follows:

"For example; Dollar/TL official rate: 32.43, free market: 32.33. Euro/TL official rate: 34.74, free market: 34.56. Is it the same for gram gold? No. However, when the import ban is lifted, it will be like that too. A friend had 6 kg of gold last year and could buy 4 apartments. This year, he can buy 5 apartments.

When foreign exchange rates and gold prices rise, no one wins. It shows a gain on a TL basis, but one does not win against inflation. When prices decline, everyone sees the real gain. Inflation declines, and it reflects on everyone. The only wish is for inflation to decline. No one has gained where there is inflation."
