Minister of Treasury and Finance Mehmet Şimşek and Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey (TCMB) Governor Fatih Karahan will travel to Washington on April 16.
Minister of Treasury and Finance Mehmet Şimşek will attend the regular IMF-World Bank meetings on April 16.
According to a report by Bloomberg, Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey (TCMB) Governor Fatih Karahan will accompany Şimşek on his visit.
Şimşek, who will participate in the meetings starting April 17, will hold bilateral talks and meet with investors.
Following his contacts in Washington, Şimşek will attend a separate investor meeting in New York on April 22 before returning to Turkey on April 23.
