Gasoline price per liter increased at midnight
The price of gasoline per liter was increased by 1 TL 11 kuruş. The price hike became effective as of Tuesday, January 27, and was reflected at the pumps.
Following the price hike that went into effect at midnight, gasoline prices were updated once again in major cities.
As vehicle owners woke up to increased prices, the signs at fuel stations changed once again.
New gasoline prices (after the hike):
Istanbul: 55.23 TL
Ankara: 56.15 TL
Izmir: 56.43 TL
ARE DIESEL AND LPG NEXT?
Following the latest hike in gasoline, eyes have turned to diesel and LPG prices. According to market expectations, if the current trend in oil prices and exchange rates continues, price changes for other fuel products may also come to the agenda in the coming days.
