Istanbul's new taxi design has been revealed!
Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Ekrem İmamoğlu introduced the new taxi model chosen for Istanbul via his X account. İmamoğlu stated, "2,500 new app-based taxis will soon be at the service of Istanbul residents."
In recent months, millions of Istanbul residents were asked the question, "Which taxi would you choose?" via the Istanbul Senin application. The winning taxi model in the survey, in which 100 thousand Istanbul residents participated, has been determined.
While 2,500 new taxis are expected to enter the market, Istanbul residents decided on the exterior appearance of the taxis that will roam the streets through this survey.
Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Ekrem İmamoğlu announced the results of the completed survey on his X account. İmamoğlu used the words, "They chose the design of the new app-based taxis."
İmamoğlu's post is as follows:
