US financial giant Goldman Sachs has announced its forecasts for 3, 6, and 12 months for the dollar exchange rate, which exceeded 40 TL last week.
US-based investment bank Goldman Sachs has shared its new projections regarding the dollar/TL parity with the public.
3, 6, AND 12-MONTH EXCHANGE RATE SCENARIO
In its assessment for the upcoming period, the bank predicted that the dollar could reach the 41 TL level within 3 months. In the medium term, it is estimated that the exchange rate will rise to 43 TL after 6 months, while it was stated that the dollar could climb to the 45 TL level within a 12-month horizon.
DOLLAR HAD EXCEEDED 40 TL
Last week, the dollar gained value against the Turkish Lira as it strengthened in global markets, crossing the 40 TL threshold.
