The Capital Markets Board (CMB) has taken a new decision regarding the investment funds founded by Hedef Portföy Yönetimi AŞ. With the Board's decision dated October 15, 2026, it was decided to initiate the liquidation procedures for the funds in question.
According to the announcement in the CMB bulletin, the funds founded by Hedef Portföy Yönetimi AŞ, which were previously decided to be liquidated within the scope of the decisions dated September 17, 2026, have been removed from the scope of the decision dated September 30, 2026.
In line with the new regulation, the liquidation process of the funds belonging to Hedef Portföy will be carried out according to the principles determined for the funds founded by A1 Capital Portföy Yönetimi AŞ, Bulls Portföy Yönetimi AŞ, and Pardus Portföy Yönetimi AŞ by the CMB's decision dated September 30, 2026.
Thus, the framework previously established for the funds of other portfolio management companies will also be applied to the liquidation of the investment funds under Hedef Portföy Yönetimi AŞ.
