Proposal increasing pension payments to 16,881 TL accepted

The Draft Law on Making Amendments to Certain Laws and Decree-Laws No. 375 has been accepted by the Planning and Budget Committee.

According to the proposal, in order to be promoted to the rank of lieutenant general or vice admiral, the requirement of having successfully completed the command and staff training at the force war institute and being a general or admiral from the combat branch will be sought.

The age limit for generals and admirals appointed as Force Commanders is 67. The age limit for force commanders may be extended by the President's decision for one-year periods up to the age of 72.

Personnel who have successfully completed war academy training will be considered to have successfully completed the command and staff training at force war institutes. The Revolving Fund Enterprises of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry's Nature Conservation and National Parks will continue their activities as the Revolving Fund Enterprises of the General Directorate of Nature Conservation and National Parks.

LOWEST PENSION PAYMENT WILL BE 16,881 TL

The Ministry of Labor and Social Security will be able to establish revolving fund enterprises. A total capital of 100 million TL will be allocated to the enterprises covered by this law.

The working hours of civil servants and contracted personnel working in places such as youth centers, youth offices, dormitories, camps, and sports facilities within the Ministry of Youth and Sports will be regulated by the Ministry.

The provisions regarding the receipt of applications from abroad by the Social Security Institution will be regulated by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security.
