The Treasury borrowed 11.1 billion lira through a treasury bill auction.

In the auction, a 10-month (301-day) treasury bill was reissued. The simple interest rate was 48.15 percent, and the compound interest rate was 49.97 percent.

In the auction, where nominal bids reached 15 billion 199 million lira, nominal sales amounted to 3 billion 649 million lira, and net sales totaled 2 billion 609.9 million lira.

In the auction, where the entire 5 billion lira bid from the public sector was met, 5 billion 532.1 million lira in bids were received from market makers, and 3 billion 500 million lira in sales were made to this segment.

Thus, the Treasury borrowed a total of 11 billion 109.9 million lira in the auction.
