TÜİK announces! Confidence index in the service sector
The Turkish Statistical Institute (TÜİK) has released the Service, Retail Trade, and Construction Confidence Index report for April 2024. According to the report, the confidence index in the service sector decreased by 2.8%.

CONFIDENCE IN THE SERVICE SECTOR HAS DECREASED
The confidence index decreased by 2.8% in the service sector, increased by 1.9% in the retail trade sector, and remained the same in the construction sector.
Compared to the previous month, the seasonally adjusted confidence index in April stood at 117.1 in the service sector, a decrease of 2.8%; at 115.5 in the retail trade sector, an increase of 1.9%; and remained at 88.6 in the construction sector, showing no change.
