2026 exam calendar announced: YKS date set

The Measurement, Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYM) has announced the dates for all exams to be administered in 2026. ÖSYM President Prof. Dr. Bayram Ali Ersoy stated in his announcement on social media that the 2026 exam calendar has been set and that candidates can access these dates on the official website.

YKS DATE IS JUNE 20-21

The Higher Education Institutions Examination (YKS) for 2026 will be held on June 20-21. Ersoy stated that this date is a decisive turning point for candidates and provided information about other important exams as well.

DATES FOR OTHER EXAMS

According to the other exam dates announced by ÖSYM,

The Vertical Transfer Examination (DGS) will be held on July 19.

The National Defense University Military Student Candidate Determination Examination (MSÜ) will be held on March 1.

KPSS EXAMS IN SEPTEMBER

Dates regarding the Public Personnel Selection Examination (KPSS) have also been announced.

The KPSS Undergraduate General Ability-General Culture exam will be held on September 6.

The KPSS Field Knowledge exam will be held on September 12-13.

The KPSS Secondary Education exam will be held on October 25.

MEB-AGS EXAM DATE

The Ministry of National Education Academy Entrance Examination (MEB-AGS) will be administered on July 12.
