5-meter snake spotted in Sivas
A snake approximately 5 meters long appeared in the rural area of Dümerpınar village in the Gürün district of Sivas, alarming those who saw it.
Yunus Ardıç, who works in livestock farming in Dümerpınar village in Sivas's Gürün district, encountered a giant snake while grazing his herd in the pasture with his brother.
Seeing the snake approaching the herd, the two brothers initially panicked and retreated. The Ardıç brothers then filmed the snake with their phones after noticing it was standing still.

Yunus Ardıç explained that a snake of similar size was last seen in their village by their grandfathers in 1998, stating, "My brother and I saw the snake while grazing the herd. It was going to attack the animals. We got scared and ran back. Then, when I realized it was motionless, I took footage. The last time our grandfathers saw a snake of this size here was in 1998."
