Tuğyan Ülkem Gülter, the daughter of artist Güllü, has given a statement as part of the investigation into her mother's death. Gülter stated, "I was very overwhelmed at one point, and in a fit of anger, I sent messages saying 'I will kill myself, I will kill my mother,' but those were old. Daughter's statement in the investigation into Güllü's death revealed! What did she say about the messages that made headlines?

The investigation continues into the incident where Güllü, a well-known name in Arabesque music, lost her life on September 26 after falling from the enclosed terrace on the 5th floor of an apartment building located on Vali Akı Street in the Harmanlar neighborhood of Yalova's Çınarcık district.

As part of the process conducted by the Yalova Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, the statement of Gül Tut's daughter, Tuğyan Ülkem Gülter, was taken.

Tuğyan Ülkem Gülter, the daughter of the singer Gül Tut, known by the stage name "Güllü," said the following in her statement:

"I would like to explain the truth behind the message content I had with an acquaintance that appeared in the media. The fact is, I have been living with my mother for years. However, in June, an argument broke out between my mother and me. The subject of this argument was an issue regarding my engagement. After the argument, I was resentful toward my mother, so I left her house and stayed temporarily with my friend Sultan, who lives in Çınarcık. It was exactly 21 days. During this process, I was talking to our family friend Bircan D., who knows both my mother and me well, to vent. We had exchanged messages as well.

As far as I remember, these messages were things like, 'That's enough, I'm going to kill myself, I'm going to kill my mother, when will this ordeal of mine end.' A while later, in fact, as far as I remember, 3 or 4 days later, my brother Tuğberk was the means for me to reconcile with my mother. In fact, while my daughter, my brother, and Çiğdem were with me at a beach in Çınarcık, my mother and I apologized to each other, and after the beach, I got into my mother's car, returned to her house, and we continued to live together.

During this period when we were estranged, my mother would also call me under the influence of alcohol and say things in anger like, 'Don't come home, I don't want you. If you come, I'll press the KADES button, I'll kill you.' She would even curse. When we argued from time to time, we would say such things to each other in anger. Because my mother was someone who got angry, especially when she drank alcohol. When she got angry, she wouldn't know what she was saying under the influence of alcohol. When she said such hurtful or threatening words, I would get angry too."

Gülter continued her statement as follows:

"Ferdi A., the operator of the venue where my mother performed in her final period, is making various allegations about us on social media or television, and he somehow reached out by phone to Bircan D., who is our family friend, normally cleans houses, and has nothing to do with these tabloid events. He asked if she knew me. Bircan said, 'Yes, I know her, we are even very close.' Ferdi said, 'I don't believe you; if you are that close, you must have messaged each other. Send me the messages between the two of you, take a screenshot and send it to me so I can believe you are in contact.' Bircan did not accept taking a screenshot. Upon this, Ferdi said, 'Then let me describe it to you, go to the message section, screen mirror it, and I will see it that way.' At that moment, they were on a video call, and Ferdi took a screen recording.

In this way, he recorded the messages I mentioned above that I had exchanged with Bircan on his phone and gave them to television stations. He portrays it as if I had just written these messages and makes accusations against us by claiming that my mother was actually killed by someone she was thinking about. The messages are messages I sent during a period when I was very hurt because I found Bircan very close. We had already reconciled with my mother a few days after these messages.

There was also someone else living in Çınarcık whose last name I don't remember but whom I knew, and who was also a friend of Bircan. His name was Çağrı. During the period I was estranged from my mother, Çağrı also helped me along with Bircan. Maybe I might have sent similar messages to the ones I sent to Bircan to Çağrı as well, but I don't remember. Other than that, I haven't said such things about my mother to anyone else. I have no hostility toward my mother.

From time to time, mother-daughter arguments would happen in our home just like in every home. We had already started living in the same house together after that argument. In fact, Çiğdem is a witness to this situation. I had seen Başak M., who appeared on the television program, 2-3 times. She is the sister of my mother's friend. They had also met with my mother from time to time. However, for the last year and a half, they had not been seeing my mother's friend Tuğkan M. and her sister Başak. Başak is appearing on television and claiming that my mother was tortured by me and my brother. However, all these allegations are baseless. There is no such thing. In fact, Başak knows the very old times of our house in Çınarcık."

Gülter described what happened on the night her mother lost her life with these words:

"When she came to our room, we were standing. As I said, when my mother came to our room, we were standing in the middle dancing with Sultan. My mother also danced with us. She even tried to make Sultan dance. They tried to dance with Sultan for a while. I even said to my mother, 'Mom, the girl doesn't know how to dance Roman style.' We laughed while we were dancing. My mother even said, 'By God, you are wonderful.' After a while, while I was dancing next to the wardrobe with my back to the window, I noticed that my mother had danced past me and moved behind me. However, I didn't turn around to look; I continued dancing. Then I don't know how much time passed. I heard a sound like a thud.

When I turned around and looked toward the window, I was stunned, but my mother was not there. Realizing that my mother had fallen, I immediately took the phone from my bed, told Sultan to run, and we went out the door. That's how it happened. At that moment, Sultan had also stopped dancing and was looking at her stitches in the wardrobe mirror. Since Sultan had had an accident a short time ago on August 30, her stitches were still fresh, and even glass shards were still coming out. That's why she was constantly looking at her stitches.

She would look at every opportunity she found, either on her phone or in the mirror. I was standing exactly in a way that Sultan would be in front of me. Sultan was looking in the mirror right in front of me while my mother was passing by me. As far as I remember, I only heard a single sound at the moment of my mother's fall, and I turned around and looked based on that sound, but when I looked, my mother was not there."
